Dr. Jennifer Roelands, MD, is an integrative medicine physician who specializes in helping women balance their hormones naturally. Through her private practice, Well Woman MD, Dr. Roelands helps clients overcome hormonal health challenges with a holistic approach that addresses the root cause of their problems instead of just managing symptoms. She is passionate about improving the health and appearance of her patients' skin, particularly during menopause and perimenopause.
Dr. Roelands is double-boarded in integrative medicine and OB/GYN. She completed her residency at Duke University and received her integrative training through the Andrew Weil Integrative Medicine Center. She advises healthcare and physician groups nationwide, sharing her expertise on holistic women’s health.
She is the founder and SHEO of Precision Health MD, which provides comprehensive healthcare by combining the best evidence-based therapies from conventional, naturopathic, and holistic medicine. Her areas of expertise include women's health—particularly PCOS and menopause—gut health, and longevity medicine with a focus on metabolic health. She employs various therapeutic modalities such as nutrition, lifestyle modification, nutrient IV therapy, botanical medicine, and hormone replacement therapy.
In addition to practicing clinical medicine, Dr. Roelands serves as a medical advisor and consultant for companies such as GSK, Pureance, and Pario Health. When she is not practicing medicine, she is an avid foodie, outdoor enthusiast, and the go-to math guru for her four energetic kids.
